Compassion Key® is a precise healing system that goes deep into the core of the issue and gently but strongly touches and heals the initial causes of what you want to heal. You, as the one that is being healed, are actively giving compassion to the parts of you that need healing and attention, so they can be integrated back into you.

The Somatic aspect of the sessions helps to release trauma from the nervous system and rewire it. It is a body-based, gentle approach to healing trauma and even symptoms of PTSD.

Coaching is a supportive space that gives clarity, new ways to look at things and deeper understanding and knowledge of what to do and focus on next. You gain tools, strategies, practical tips and homework for dealing with your life. A step-by-step plan that helps you to take action, integrate new habits and insights into your life and gets you from one place to another.

Sat Darshan focuses on supporting sensitive women to master their emotions, deepen into their heart and heal their wounds through compassion, so they can live a confident and loving life & relationships. She has a gift in creating safe space where people can open up and the capacity to deeply tune into each person, see into the root of things and intuitively find practices and viewpoints that help the person forward.
She has nearly two decades of experience dealing with limiting emotions and beliefs and how to shift them and heal them. As a yoga and meditation teacher she is used to facilitating deep transformations in her groups and one of the intuitive tools she has served individuals with has been coaching. Her formal Life Coach education (Relationship Coaching) and Quantum Healing training have activated and provided a bigger variety of methods and practices to be more effective with clients.
