Sat Darshan Lafontaine

Kundalini Activation Facilitator | Mantra Musician | Trauma Therapist & EFT Tapping Facilitator | Lead Teacher Trainer of Shakti Dance® & of Kundalini Yoga

Sat Darshan has dedicated more than two decades to the exploration of spiritual music, Kundalini, and embodied healing. Born into a musical family, she immersed herself in music and dance from a young age. Over the years she has studied voice, instruments, and mantra in both Western and Indian traditions, graduated as a Naad Yoga teacher in India, and continues to compose and record mantra music — currently completing her first mantra album.

Her spiritual path opened through yoga in the late 1990s and soon after through Kundalini Yoga and Shakti Dance®, which she went on to teach and train others in for over 20 years. A powerful Kundalini awakening in 2016 profoundly transformed her life, opening her into subtle realms of consciousness but also leading her into deep shadow work and trauma healing. This experience revealed to her how essential embodiment is for true spiritual growth, and how trauma can so often be bypassed in spiritual circles.

To support this integration, Sat Darshan trained in IFS-informed and Somatic Trauma Therapy and now weaves together two complementary streams of her work:

Her approach is compassionate, grounded, and experiential, offering a safe space for awakening to unfold in a way that honours both spirit and body. She sees her work as a meeting point where awakening becomes embodied, and healing becomes a path to deeper compassion and wholeness.

Sat Darshan welcomes individuals to join her offline and online courses, trainings & mantra events, and offers Kundalini Activation individual and group sessions & Trauma Therapy sessions.

“Truth is that which exists, what IS. When we are able to just be with WHAT IS and allow it, we activate our compassionate nature. That is healing in itself.”
